Dynamics Lessons

I have updated the dynamics video lessons so now that it is more complete! They include

  1. What is Dynamics?
  2. What is Newton’s 1st Law of Motion?
  3. What is Newton’s 2nd Law of Motion?
  4. How do we link kinematics and dynamics?
  5. What is Inertia?
  6. What is the difference between Mass and Weight? What is air resistance and terminal velocity?
  7. How to draw free body diagram?

I am only missing Newton’s 3rd Law of motion which I may do in future :).

2 Videos on Converging Lens light ray diagrams

I did 2 videos on the topics on lens as part of a collaboration with a secondary school. Hope it will be useful to the students!

New video lessons

Just an update to the site. I have added some more video lessons on the following

  1. How to read and measure length using Vernier Callipers
  2. How to read and measure length using Micrometer screw gauge
  3. How to read and adjust for zero error
  4. How to add vectors using scaled diagram
  5. How to add vectors using vector resolution

They should be useful for O level prelim revision. I think you can make use of your time while travelling on bus or mrt to view the videos with your handphone. The videos aren’t that long. :)0

First blog post

Hello!

The purpose of this blog/website is to organize my Physics video lessons on youtube. So if you are looking for Singapore O-Level Physics Lesson and somebody to guide you through the various concepts, this is the place to look. As you can see, it is still a work in progress. I have only created Video lessons for some topics.

  1. Units and Measurement
  2. Kinematics
  3. Dynamics
  4. Work, Energy and Power
  5. Turning effect and stability
  6. Pressure
  7. Reflection, Refraction and Lens
  8. Waves
  9. Sound
  10. Current of Electricity
  11. DC circuit analysis
  12. Using Video Tracker for Motion analysis

In the near future, I will create more Physics video lessons and update on this website.
